Kathy Ruth Garner, 52, a native of Miami and a resident of Foley, died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Delores Johnson, and father, Arthur Mann.
Survivors include two sons, Kelly Garner and Toby Pugh of Foley; two sisters, Sherry Frank and Judy Stewart of Elberta; three brothers, Robert Mann of Tampa, Fla., Tommy Mann and Bo Johnson of Elberta; many nieces and nephews.
Visitation begins at noon with funeral services at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30 at Pine Rest Funeral Home, Foley. Burial will follow at Elberta Public Cemetery.
