Blanch Smith Gautney, 75, a native of Loxley and a resident of Bay Minette, died Thursday, Dec. 24, 2009.
She was a waitress in Baldwin County for many years and most recently a caregiver and was a member of the Loxley Church of God and Bay Minette Assembly of God.
Survivors include a son, Tony Gautney of Bay Minette; sister, Esther Cigalle of Tampa, Fla.; brother, Johnny Smith of Daphne; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 28 at Mack Funeral Home. Burial followed at Rosinton Road Baptist Cemetery in Loxley.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 19059 S. Greeno Road, Fairhope, AL 36532.
Arrangements were made by Mack Funeral Home and Crematory, Robertsdale.
