Conchita S. “Dea” Gay, 80, a lifelong resident of Daphne, died Thursday, Nov. 26, 2009 in Mobile.
She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
Survivors include her husband, Charlie Gay of Daphne; two daughters, Casey Gay Zito and Kelley Bell Phillips, both of Daphne; son, Mike Francis Sr. of Daphne; brother, David C. Stapleton of Fairhope; five grandchildren, Helen Bell Doyle, Michael Francis, both of Daphne, Christopher Francis of Spanish Fort, Sarah Olsen of Fairhope and Hannah Zito of Daphne; and three great-grandchildren, Blaine Francis, Jackson and Connor Olsen.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 5 at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Daphne.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Wilmer Hall, 3811 Old Shell Road, Mobile, AL 36608.
