George McFarland Jr. of Lillian, Ala. died peacefully on Sunday, May 24, 2015.
He fought cancer like a warrior. George was 81.
He is survived by his wife, Sue; two daughters, Rozanna (Greg) Benz of Rhineland, Mo.; grandson, Michael Marsalla and Kim Perniciaro of Independence, Mo., grandson, Joseph; and granddaughter, Kacy (Michael) Anderson; three great-grandchildren; a stepson, David (Sherry) Westwood of Lillian, Ala.; grandson, Joshua; and granddaughter, Amber; two stepdaughters, Diane (John) Wilson; grandson, Bryson; and granddaughter, Katerina and Denise Parker, grandson, Zachary; and granddaughter, Katie; a brother, Clarence of El Cajon, Calif.; and a sister, JoanneTurnbaugh of Belton, Mo.
George was preceded in death by his father, GJ McFarland; and mother, Lucile.
Per George’s request, there will be no service.
