"font-family:">George Nathan Willis, a native of Corpus Christi, Texas and resident of Gulf Shores died Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011. He was 56 years old.
"font-family:">Mr. Willis was a member of Gulf Shores Church of Christ, and was active in the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach tennis communities.
"font-family:">He was preceded in death by his father, James H. Willis; and sister-in-law Debra Willis.
"font-family:">He is survived by a sister, Rennie (Rick) Williams of Panama, Okla.; brother, James H. (Rosa) Willis of Gulf Shores; sister, Suzanne Willis of Fort Smith, Ark.; twin brother, Mark Willis of Fort Smith Ark.; brother, William Willis of Fort Smith, Ark.; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
"font-family:">The family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Gulf Shores Church of Christ Children’s Playground Fund in George’s name.
"font-family:">A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2012 at the Gulf Shores Church of Christ, 2414 W. First St., Gulf Shores. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
