William “Clyde” Givens, 78, a native of Baldwin County and a resident of Robertsdale, died Thursday, June 26, 2008.
He was a member of the Repton Masonic Lodge #575 and Rosinton United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Annie Ruth Givens of Robertsdale; four sons, Bill (Mary Ellen) Givens of Hamburg, Ark., Alton (Donna) Givens of Loxley, Johnny (Nancy) Givens of Repton and Keith (Debbie) Givens of Robertsdale; brother, Leonard (Louise) Givens of Robertsdale; two sisters, Agnes (Ralph) Richey of Madison, Ind., and Gladys Vaughn of Seminole; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 27 at Mack Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. with funeral services at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 28 at the funeral home with the Rev. Howard Henry officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Baptist Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie, Marshal, Peyton, Derek, Byron and Johnathan Givens.
Arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Robertsdale.
