Charla Boseck Givens and Sgt. Brandon Javon Booker were united in marriage May 18, 2008 at Beckwith Episcopal Church in Fairhope.
The Rev. Jack Miller officiated at the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Carla and Charles Givens of Robertsdale. She is a student at the University of West Alabama.
The bridegroom is the son of Linda and Bill Booker of Robertsdale. He is stationed with the 101st Army Airborne Division in Iraq.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, Charles Givens.
Ashley Lovell served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Aubree Hudson, Emily White, Brandi Burdett, Anna Trione and Cameron Kiel.
William Booker served as best man. Groomsmen were Eric Childress, Evan Wheeler, Jeremy Thompson, Trent Flowers and Anthony Kiel.
Flower girl was Kayla Cooper. Ring bearer was Guy Morris.
Music was provided by soloist Ashlee Gray and pianist Brittney Wilson. Special readers were Ashlee Lovell and Bill Booker.
A reception at the Beckwith Bay Front Center followed the ceremony.
After a wedding trip to Fort Morgan, the bridegroom returned to Iraq. Upon completion of his tour of duty, the couple will reside in Robertsdale.
