FOLEY — During the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce’s 36th annual Free Enterprise Luncheon at Foley Civic Center on Friday, Chamber Chairman Glen Manning was named 2012 Walton M. Vines Free Enterprise Person of the Year. In his acceptance of the honor, Manning pointed out and credited his family with his success. They include, his parents Rose and Harry, and sisters Linda and Darlene.
