Glenice Carrol Flowers Daw, age 62, born in Bay Minette, Ala. and a resident of the Phillipsville community, died Monday, Aug. 10, 2015 at her residence.
She was a security officer at Wind Creek Casino in Atmore.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, David Daw Jr. of Phillipsville; one son, David J. Daw of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; one daughter, Marci (Chris) Branum of Bay Minette, Ala.; one grandson, Ethan Branum; one granddaughter, Meagan Branum; and four sisters, Opal Arnette of Perdido, Ala., Shelby Propst of Bay Minette, Ala., Janice Baggett of Atmore, Ala. and Catherine Hadley of Bay Minette, Ala.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Liston and Mattie Mae Flowers; and one sister, Hazel Nall.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015, at 11 a.m., at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home, with Sister Helen Stewart officiating.
Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015, from 9 until the 11 a.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be John Daw, Steve Hadley, John Davis, Chris Branum, Doug Propst and William Baggett.
