Emily Ann Glick and John William “Zane” Mays III were united in marriage Feb. 7, 2008 at Jubilee Baptist Church in Daphne.
The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Patty Glick of Daphne. She is the granddaughter of Art and Shirley Murphy of Shelbyville, Ill., Robert and Betty Glick of Tower Hill, Ill. She is the great-granddaughter of Esther Wade of Pana, Ill.
The bridegroom is the son of Chip and Suzanne Mays of Bay Minette. He is the grandson of Coleman and Myrtle Johnson of Bay Minette, and Vivian Howell of Columbus, Ga.
The couple resides in Galveston, Texas, where he is stationed on the 87 foot Coast Guard cutter Man-O-War.
