The Daphne High Trojans baseball team pitched in by purchasing and wearing "I Wear Gold for Tyler" T-shirts during their recent summer Wood Bat Classic. The fund rasing event was part of an ongoing

effort to help offset medical expenses for the family of the late Tyler Trembley. The 11-year-old Daphne East student and youth-league baseball player died July 7, after a three-year fight with cancer.

For more information about the T-shirts or donations, contact Kara Wilbourn at: karaw@bellsouth.net or cell 251-472-6544. Also visit and "like" the "I Wear Gold For Tyler" Facebook page."
