DAPHNE, Ala. — Linda Goodman, a local artist, singer, and guitarist, will be a special guest at the Daphne Public Library Teen Advisory Board February Meeting.

The Daphne Public Library Teen Advisory Board will celebrate its first anniversary with a special guest. The teens will host Linda Goodman, artist, singer, songwriter and guitarist, at their Feb. 12 meeting.

Goodman is a Mobile native and a graduate of the University of South Alabama. As a teen, she began singing and playing her guitar professionally. She has performed in Nashville and Baton Rouge. Mostly self-taught, Goodman has demonstrated a personal determination that turned a teenage girl’s music passion into a professional music career.

All area teens are invited to join in the fun and help celebrate the teen board’s first anniversary on February 12th at 3:45 p.m. in the library community room.
