Grace Trussell Waldrep, age 72, a native of Mobile, Ala. and a resident of Summerdale, Ala., passed away Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015.
Survivors include her husband and partner in crime of 53 years, Alton Waldrep of Summerdale. She has the most perfect children (according to them) Derek (Lisa) of San Antonio and Danielle (Allen) Rich of Hoover, Ala.; granddaughters, Apryl (Jeff) DeCorte of Northport, Ala. and Kaitlyn Kreider of Auburn, Ala.; and great-granddaughter, who delightfully acts just like her Mimi, Brennan Rae De Corte; many nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
Mimi Grace loved her family with her whole heart. She is reunited with her beloved daughter, Dana Waldrep Kreider; and her seven brothers, sisters and parents.
The family will receive friends from Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley, Friday, Sept. 18, 2015 from 5 until 7 p.m.
Funeral service will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley, Saturday, Sept. 19, 2015 at noon.
Interment will follow in Memorial Gardens, Tillmans Corner, 6100 Three Notch Road, Mobile, AL 36619.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations be made to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 13220 Main St., Elberta, AL 36530.
