Ms. Grace (Weaver) Thornton a native of Citronelle , Ala., and resident of Foley, Ala., died Friday, March 8, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Phil and Emma (Jones) Weaver, one daughter, Shirley Smith and one grandson. Survivors of Ms. Thornton are her daughter, Pearl Douglas of Foley; five grandchildren, Robin, Sharon, Jim, Jerry, Gary; 11 great-grandchildren, Jessyka, Jennifer, Rebekah, Paige, Sheree, Heather, Sterling, Kaitlyn, Courtney, Sarah and Emily and six great-great- grandchildren, Raven, Alexa, Ella, Asira, Doug and Karma. The funeral services for Grace Thornton will be Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Pine Rest Funeral Home starting at 2 p.m. with time for visitation one hour prior.
