Blue skies and cool weather brought out the crowds this past weekend for the Grand Festival of Art by the Bay, which began 28 years ago at the Grand Hotel in Point Clear. Located for the first time this year in downtown Fairhope, the festival featured local and regional artists, who displayed their works of painting, photography, pottery, ceramics, glass, jewelry and wood. The festival supports the programs of the Eastern Shore Art Center.
