Granville Leon Gray, 75 of Savannah, Tenn., died Monday, May 5, 2008 at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tenn.

He was a Millwright for Tennessee River Pulp and Paper and a member of Campground United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Gray, his father, Thomas Alvin Gray, mother, Lettie Gray and brother, Billy Gray.

Survivors include two sons, Jerry Gray of Arab and Mark Gray of Meridianville; daughter, Carole Morton of Savannah, Tenn.; brothers, Jimmy Gray and Harold Gray, both of Savannah, Tenn.; and five grandchildren, Jaithen Jones, Jarod Gray, Brandon Gray, Kyle Morton and David Morton.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 7, at the Shackelford Chapel in Savannah, Tenn., with Artie Rivers and Don Lee officiating. Burial followed at Memory Gardens in Hardin County, Tenn.

Arrangements were made by Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah, Tenn.
