Edythe Louise Greer, 101, of Foley, died Saturday, April 3, 2010, at Live Oak Assisted Living in Foley.
She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Foley, member of Foley Women Club, Louisville Dental Auxullairy, member of the International Porceline Artisit Association, as well as an advid bridge player.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Attix and Leona Clinard Attix; and her loving husband of 57 years, Nuby P. Greer.
Survivors include a daughter, -Judy (Dr. Fred) Braden of Pensacola, Fla.; son, Charles (Diana) Greer of Palm Coast, Fla.; six grandchildren, Bruce Davis, Becky MacMillan, Alan Davis, Meredythe Anderson, Emily Greer and Attix Greer; and seven great-grandchildren, Erika Davis, Stephen Davis, Sarah King, Zach Davis, Martin Anderson, Adam Davis and Ian Anderson.
Visitation begins at 2 p.m. with funeral serves at 3 p.m. Thursday, April 8 at Pine Rest Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pine Rest Memorial Park.
