FOLEY, Alabama — Alabama Insurance Underwriting Association (AIUA) is the “wind pool” in Mobile and Baldwin counties.

 If you have a policy with AIUA and need to report a claim, there are several options available to you. The best method for reporting a claim is by calling 1-866-780-2482. Use the On-Line Claim Form found at www.aiua.org. Fax a loss notice form to 1-866-728-1783.

 Forms are available for download at aiua.org. Email a loss notice form to claims@aiua.org. Temporary repairs should be made to prevent further damage. Document these repairs with photos if possible. Special attention should be given to salvage.

 You should keep all damaged property until it has been inspected by your adjuster.
