Guinell U. Salners, 90, a native of Joppa and a resident of Fairhope, died Friday, Dec. 17, 2010 in Fairhope.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond James Salners; son, Bobby Ray Salners; brother, Dr. Thomas Bolding; and sister, Mia Stockard.
Survivors include a daughter, Linda S. Parker of Fairhope; son, James L. Salners of Houston; three sisters, Janie Llewellyn, Bonnie Swearingen, Margie Bolding, all of Birmingham; brother, Sam Bolding of Lakeland, Fla.; five grandchildre, six great grandchildren; and a loving friend, Wilmer Mayson of Fairhope.
Visitation begins at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 20 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope with a Celebration of Life service at 3 p.m. from the funeral home chapel.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
