Gulf Coast Coastal Photography Club announces monthly winners

The Coastal Photography Club’s nonthly theme for September was “End of Summer.”

 Winners were, first place, Louise Childs of Foley with her photo of an empty beach scene at Orange Beach, second place was a tie between Capt. Mark Robinson of Gulf Shores with his photo of a crop duster spraying the cotton fields, and a photo by Jeanne Carlson of Pensacola  of a daisy.  Third place went to John Rininger with his photo of bird carvings.

 The Club meets the first Friday of each month at the Foley Senior Citizens Center at 7 p.m. at the  corner of Cypress and Rose. For more information about the club contact  Robinson at 251-540-7463, or Margret Hildreth, President, at 850-457-8656.
