Gulf Shores Plantation was recently selected as one of Alabama’s Top Hotels in a survey of readers of Business Alabama magazine. The survey, published in the May 2011 issue, included 25 top hotels in the state.

“When you take a look at the list, Gulf Shores Plantation certainly stands out,” said Pedro Mandoki, CEO of Mandoki Hospitality, the onsite rental company at the Gulf Shores Plantation. “We are not a hotel, but a condominium resort. Our focus here is on relaxation.”

 Business Alabama has a paid circulation to senior executives and business owners in Alabama. According to the magazine’s data, more than 90 percent of their subscribers are in management. Additional distributions includes members of the Business Council of Alabama, county Economic Development directors and members of the Alabama Legislature.

“Other locations on the list may be great places to hold a meeting,” Mandoki added. “But when these executives thought about unwinding and enjoying a beach vacation, Gulf Shores Plantation came to mind. And for that, we are absolutely thrilled.”
