GULF SHORES, Ala. — On Dec. 24 Gulf Shores Police and the Baldwin County Drug Task Force responded to Gulf Shores Trailer Park at 216 E. 24th Ave. in response to a strange smell coming from a trailer there.
A subsequent investigation led to the discovery of an active working methamphetamine lab in a trailer at that location.
The ongoing investigation between the two agencies led to the arrest of two persons.
Charged in the case was Daniel Timothy Todd, 38, of 304 W. Eight Street in Gulf Shores. He was charged with manufacture of a controlled substance in the first degree.
Also charged was Brandon Thomas Sutherland, 26, of 15195 Boros Road in Elberta. He was also charged with manufacture of a controlled substance in the first degree.
