Representatives from Bella Terra Realty Holdings, LLC (BTRH) announced today that their flagship property, Bella Terra of Gulf Shores, as well as their latest addition, Florida Grande Motorcoach Resort, have received top ratings by Woodall’s/Trailer Life Directory and have been acknowledged by Best Parks of American as having exceptional quality. In addition, Bella Terra tops the list with a perfect score in the top 100 parks in America by the Good Sam Club.
The rigorous evaluation process takes place annually from coast to coast. While the rating systems vary slightly between the evaluating organizations, categories generally include a combination of visual appeal, amenities, service and cleanliness.
“We are honored to receive this kind of recognition from such strong industry leaders,” said Chuck Smith, President of Bella Terra Realty Holding, LLC. “When we envisioned what our resorts would become, top of the class has always been the goal. Whether it is our flagship property, Bella Terra of Gulf Shores, or our latest addition to the Bella Terra family, The Florida Grande Motorcoach Resort, our teams know that being top of the class and providing an exceptional experience for both owners and guests is our goal.”
In the four months since Bella Terra Realty Holdings took over management of the Florida Grande, the resort finds itself among the best in the nation, as indicated by the recent ratings. The resort has undergone significant upgrades, including nearly $500,000 for the clubhouse and landscaping upgrades. The real key to a quality experience is the service and atmosphere at the resort according to Tripp Keber, COO of BTRH.
“While we are proud of the recognition we have received for our facilities, we know that it takes much more than clubhouses and pools to truly provide a top rated experience,” said Keber. “What we hear time and again from our owners and guests is that they love the people at our resorts. They love our staff and they love the type of people we attract. It’s an overall quality experience that people seek.”
