BAY MINETTE, Ala. — John F. Rhodes Civic Center seemed to be the central locale for a ghoulishly good time Monday evening, as the Bay Minette Civic Club presented its annual Halloween Downtown event. Activities iincluded a variety of games for costumed kids to play, with a guaranteed chance of receiving a prize, as well as a cak walk to Halloween-themed music. The evening culminated with a costume contest.
