The public is invited to the new Happy Harbor on the Alabama/Florida line for an open house on Tuesday. The Perdido Key Chamber of commerce will celebrate the event with a ribbon cutting.

The event runs from 4-7 p.m. and the ribbon cutting will take place at 5 p.m. The Sam Glass Band will provide the music. There will be free food and drink specials include $1 PBR and Miller, $2 well drinks and house wines and $3 margaritas.
