Vivian Bisner Nixon Haskins, 84, a native of Troy, N.Y., and a resident of Fairhope since 1983, died Saturday, Jan. 3, 2009 at a local hospital.
She was the owner and operator of a Squaw Brook Motel in Indian Lake, N.Y., until her retirement to Fairhope.
Survivors include a son, John Charles (Lois) Nixon of Gustavus, Ark.; two grandchildren, Travis Nixon and Jamie Brown; and three great-grandchildren, Avery Folsom, Jena Brown and Brayden Brown.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Fairhope.
