Herbert Thomas Johnson, 83, a native of Nebraska and a resident of Fairhope, died Sunday, Nov. 28, 2010.
Survivors include a daughter, Kimberly (Stephen) Short of Spanish Fort; son, Mark (Gayle) Johnson of Fairhope; sister, Darryl (Ben) Stark of Seattle; sister-in-law, Audrey Johnson of Hot Springs, Calif.; grandchildren, Christopher, Shannon and Derek Johnson, Megan Short; two great-granddaughters, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation begins at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec.3 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope with a celebration of life memorial service at 2 p.m. from the funeral home chapel.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, www.michaeljfox.org.
