Ellison Hollingsworth, 90, a native of Lottie, a resident of Foley for over 40 years, and a resident of Silverhill, died Sunday, July 29, 2007.
He managed timber and farmed in Baldwin and enjoyed worshiping with Assembly of God congregations.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary Louise (Leonard) Nelson of Fairhope; five sons, Albert R. (Ruth) Hollingsworth of Elberta, Jerry R. (Carol) Hollingsworth of Satsuma, Buford Lee (Kathy ) Hollingsworth of Rabun, Charles E. (Sharon) Hollingsworth of Fairhope and James E. (Debbie) Hollingsworth of Silverhill; sister, Rosie Crews of Dry Springs, Fla.; 15 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Graveside funeral services and burial were held Tuesday, July 31 at Elberta Public Cemetery.
Arrangements were made by Mack Funeral Home and Crematory, Robertsdale.
