The Board of the Holy Spirit Thrift Shop in Gulf Shores recently made a contribution of $1,500 to the South Baldwin Literacy Council. Holy Spirit Thrift Shop is an outreach ministry of Holy Spirit Episcopal Church, 616 Fort Morgan Road, Gulf Shores.
The Shop, located at 6798 Alabama 59, is open Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Proceeds from the sale of donated clothes, furniture,books linens and small household goods benefit non-profit charitable organizations in Baldwin County.
