Homewood Suites Daphne earns regional awards

DAPHNE, Ala.—Homewood Suites by Hilton Mobile-East Bay-Daphne was presented in early March with two Southeast Region awards, one for “Best for Food and Beverage” and one for “Best in Engineering.”

The regional awards are determined by Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking scores on each of the 300 Homewood Suites by Hilton properties. SALT scores indicate product quality based on thousands of guest surveys conducted throughout the year. Awards are currently being announced in each of the seven Homewood Suites regions; as the Southeast Region winner (representing locations in Florida, Georgia and Alabama), the Daphne property is a finalist for the upcoming Homewood national awards.

Chuck Cuff, general manager of the Homewood Suites Daphne, expressed his appreciation for the entire Daphne team. “We are very proud of our food and beverage supervisor, Natalie Johnson, and her staff and of our entire team of associates for making this happen,” he said. “These awards demonstrate that Daphne Homewood Suites is one of the best of the best.”

“We’re also proud of Chet Farlow and Billy Meadows and the whole maintenance crew for the Best in Engineering award,” added Cuff. “In an extended-stay hotel, there are a lot of appliances and various types of equipment to maintain. Our crew prides themselves in being able to react promptly to guest requests and correct any challenge in the quickest time possible.”
