I just wanted to share a story with you. I recently lost my wallet at a supermarket while shopping (Bruno’s in Spanish Fort).

I arrived at home and was devastated that it was not there.

I returned to the center with no avail. I returned home and started pulling my hair out, thinking of the cash that was there and all the headache involved with replacing cards, I.D.s and business info.

Just then I received a call from a creditor who told me of someone who has found my wallet. I was shocked; we made arrangements to meet at the market.

When they finally arrived I was so surprised; I didn’t think they had honest people out there. As they gave me my wallet I tried to give a generous finder’s reward, but they would not take it — very strange to me. After thinking about it for some time I just thought of how their family has raised such a great daughter with great morals.

I am in debt to you, Marlene C. and family.

You really touched me (and not financially).

Wish you the best.
