Walter Cleo Hudson, 84, a native of Green Valley, Miss., and a resident of the Crossroads community of Bay Minette, died Monday, March 24, 2008 at his residence.
He was a retired maintenance worker with International Paper Company.
Survivors include his wife, Antoinette Harvill Hudson of Crossroads; step-son, Barry Durant of Chester, Va.; five step-daughters, Glenda Durant of Crossroads, Deborah Hill of St. George, S.C., Nancy Roberts of Crossroads, Myra Munic of Willis, Texas, and Jacquelyn Martin of Crossroads; brother, Tom Hudson of Livingston, La.; and a sister, Madelyn McMinn of Biloxi, Miss.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 26 from the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Wade officiating. Burial followed at Durant Chapel Baptist Cemetery.
Pallbearers were, Charles Walker, Paul Hand, B.J. Pruett, Jason Miller, Barry Durant and Johnny Irby.
Arrangements were made by Norris Funeral Home, Bay Minette.
