I am sorry but I do not think I heard it just right. Did our former President Carter actually say something about our new president cannot get anything accomplished because everyone is a racist?

‘I thought Carter was better than this’

I am sorry but I do not think I heard it just right. Did our former President Carter actually say something about our new president cannot get anything accomplished because everyone is a racist?

To speak against a president is a right for any American. To stand up for one is also a right. The race or the color of the skin does not make a difference. The statement made by a soft-spoken Georgia man is an insult to Americans everywhere.

Aas I remember, President Carter did many things Americans stood up against and it had not one thing to do with his race.

“Racist” is a nasty word to be said by any man. I thought he was a gentleman from the South. For the first time I am ashamed of President Carter. I did think he was a better man than this.
