Michel H. Patch, 50, was arrested and charged with trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and was booked into the Baldwin County Correction Center.

The Baldwin County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant Thursday, Aug. 19 at his home and found approximately 25 “starter” plants roughly 8 inches tall along with approximately 25 mature plants ranging from 3 to 5 feet tall.

The plants, cultivation items, paraphernalia, two lap top computers, a cell phone and two motorcycles were seized during the search warrant.
