The city of Gulf Shores will present Cool Change, a refreshing combination of local vocal talent, Thursday, Sept. 13, at 7 p.m., as part of the free Gulf Shores Outdoors & In 2007 concert series.

These seasoned musicians have a wealth of performing history throughout Baldwin County and beyond.

Get together with family, friends, and fans at the Erie Meyer Civic Center backyard, located at 1930 W. Second Street. For seating comfort, bring a lawn chair or mat.

If the weather does not cooperate, the concert will move indoors.

Cool Change features smooth harmony and rich vocal sounds from Walter Tatum and David Horton of Foley, along with John Andrews of Magnolia Springs.

The addition of bass player and vocalist Don McPherson of Magnolia Springs has enriched the group and added to their repertoire.

As a special treat, Kim Tatum McPherson may lend her voice to select numbers.

With tunes such as “Tequila Sunrise,” “Peaceful, Easy Feeling,” “Jambalaya,” “Proud Mary,” “Love Will Keep Us Alive,” “It’s a Wonderful World,” “Broken Lady” and many others, Cool Change excites audiences through their great sound, musical talent, and down-home style and humor.

These musicians are committed to their listening audience, and promise to take you on a trip down memory lane.

Relax and enjoy the blended sounds of Cool Change at this outdoor concert.
