Jackie Valinda (Ellis) Brown, 58, born August 18, 1954 in Ozark, Ala. and a resident of Bay Minette, died Friday, June 14, 2013 at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Larry J. Brown, Bay Minette; three brothers, Cecil Ellis of Shalotte, N.C., Bobby (Linda) Ellis of Dothan and Larry Ellis of Ozark, Ala.; and a number of nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at
2 p.m., at First Assembly of God Church, with the Rev. Bill Lutz and the Rev. Chester Clark officiating. Interment will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Aubrey Yarbrough, Tom Hodges, L.D. Holt, Bo Hicks, Eddie Newton and Kristopher Banks.
The family will receive friends Monday, June 17, 2013, from 6 until 9 p.m. at First Assembly of God Church.
