William Earl Jackson, 75, of Spanish Fort, died Wednesday, May 14, 2008.
He was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Judith “J.J.” Jackson of Spanish Fort; three daughters, Lisa Jackson Luttrell of Birmingham; Julie Jackson Steele of Irvington, Texas, and Diane Jackson White of Chunchula; two sons, the Rev. Bruce William Jackson of Lawton, Iowa, and Kyle Jackson of Mobile; five sisters, Anna Zuber of Oregon, Helen Schumacker of Florida, Margaret Osborne of Colorado, Elsie Ulmer of Kansas and Alma Bagley of North Dakota; 23 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
