James Allan Francis, 82, a native of Bakersfield, Calif., and a resident of Fairhope, died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2010.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Melissa Lee Francis.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Jean B. Francis of Fairhope; daughter, Debra Lyn Francis of Denver.
The family will hold private services.
