James Andrew Everage, age 76, was born Dec. 5, 1939 in Beaumont, Texas. James passed from this life on Oct. 19, 2016 where he resided in Foley, Alabama.
He was a 1959 Foley High School graduate and longtime plumbing contractor.
He was the son of Horace and Mamie Everage, who preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Everage; two daughters, Michelle Kelley (Evan) and Lezley Sweet (Rod); two stepsons, Rick Shed (Cathy) and Scott Shed (Melissa); grandchildren, Amber Kitchens (Jonathan), Blake Salter (Ashlynn), Taylor Gilley, Andrew Gilley, Sarah Shed, Katy Short (Spencer), Jake Shed and Ralph Shed; great-grandchildren, Kyleigh Kitchens, Kaitlynne Salter, Jameson Salter and McKinley Salter; one sister, Annie Laura McFaddin (Robert); and one brother, Lester Everage (Peggy).
There will be a memorial service held at Summerdale Church of Christ on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2016 at 10 a.m.
