James Lee Statom, 47, a native of Florence and a resident of Silverhill, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012.
He is survived by his mother, Voncil Faust, of Fairhope; sisters, Kathryn (Richard) Barker, of Savannah, Ga., Rebecca Statom of Spanish Fort; brother, Richard (Irene) Statom, of Florence; one niece, one nephew, many cousins, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, Thursday, Feb.16, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The family will have private graveside services at a later date, in Greenview Memorial Cemetery, Florence.
