James Peter Schweisthal, 79, a native of Minnesota and resident of Orange Beach, passed away July 20, 2014.
Jim is survived by his wife of 60 years, Diane Schweisthal of Orange Beach; daughters, Laurie (Alan) Schmidtke of Waterville, Minn., Denise (Randy) Plachecki of Hackensack, Minn.; a son, Dennis (Dennise) Schweisthal of Little Falls, Minn., three grandsons; five granddaughters; six great-grandsons; eight great-granddaughters; and many other family and friends.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
A special thanks to the kind, capable care given by Dr. Ellis Allen and his staff at South Baldwin Family Practice, as well as the staff at Community Hospice and Westminster Village.
