Jane M. Knight, age 82, a native and resident of Robertsdale passed away Monday, June 25, 2012.
Mrs. Knight was a member of the Robertsdale First Christian Church and helped to establish the Robertsdale Alumni Scholarship Fund. She was preceded in death by husband, Don Knight, daughter, Mary Jane Knight and son, Wayne Knight. She is survived by her son, Mike (Stella) Knight of Silverhill, AL, daughter-in-law, Rebecca Knight of San Antonio, TX, sister, Inez Springer of Robertsdale, AL, niece, Linda McGraw of Beaumont, TX, nephew Tommy Springer of Loxley, AL, 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home Chapel. The family will begin receiving friends at 4 p.m. Saturday, prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Robertsdale Alumni Scholarship Fund, P O Box 1458, Robertsdale, AL 36567 or the First Christian Church, P O Box 1198, Robertsdale, AL 36567.
