Jason Seth Forbus, age 40, a native of Talladega, Ala. and a resident of Summerdale, Ala., passed away Thursday, June 25, 2015.
Mr. Forbus was a devoted father and family man, he chose his family first, last and in between. A brother and friend to all who knew him, he will be missed but will never be forgotten.
He is survived by wife, Patricia Forbus of Summerdale, AL, one son Tristan Forbus of Summerdale, Ala.; one daughter, Alyssa Forbus of Summerdale, Ala.; father, Jerry Forbus of Foley, Ala.; mother, Brenda Vandervoort of Childersburg, Ala.; stepmother, Kim Forbus of Foley, Ala.; two brothers, Jeremy Forbus of Goldsboro, N.C. and Travis Forbus of Foley, Ala.; one sister, Jessica Forbus of Foley, Ala.
A memorial service will be held Monday, June 29, 2015, at 2 p.m., at Mack Funeral Home.
The family will begin receiving friends at 1 p.m., prior to the service.
