Wanda Faye Jeffers, died Tuesday, March 2, 2010.
She was employed as a receptionist at Godbey Chiropractic for over 20 years after which she and her husband worked as house parents for several years at Alabama Sheriff’s Boys Ranch.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Lloyd Jeffers.
Survivors include three children, Tammy (Bobby) Rieben, Keith (Lisa) Jeffers and Scott (Manky) Jeffers; five grandchildren, Brittney and Lindsey Rieben, Delana Jeffers, Jeffrey (Jackie) Bennett and Brandon Bennett; one great-grandchild, Allie Jae Bennett; brothers and sisters, Genell Hardage, Don (Joyce) Harrell, John (Toni) Harrell, Fran (Fred) McGee, Robert Harrell and Charlotte (Bobby) Morgan.
Funeral services were held Saturday, March 6 from the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Dr. Henry Cox officiating. Burial followed at Bay Minette Cemetery.
