Jenifer Denise Blankenship, a native of Overland Park, Kan. and resident of Foley, peacefully passed away Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013 after her short and courageous battle with cancer.
Born July 20, 1973, Jeni lived her short life to the fullest. She loved L.A., the beach, fishing, her family and her friends, and was known for having the biggest, sweetest heart.
She loved the Kansas City Chiefs, the Royals and the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Jeni was blessed with an abundance of people who loved her dearly.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories her parents, Daria and Dennis Blankenship of Foley; brother, Brian Blankenship (Jill) of Seattle, Wash.; uncles and aunts, Doug and Diann Brahl of Overland Park, Kan., Debi Hartley of Lake Lotawana, Mo. and David and Ann Blankenship of Foley; many cousins and friends.
Jeni will be missed and loved every day.
Visitation will be Saturday, from 3 until 5 p.m., Dec. 21, 2013 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Foley.
A memorial service will be held in Overland Park, Kan. at a later date.
