Otto Jernigan, 70, a resident of Fairhope, died Monday, March 17, 2008, at a local hospital.
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Carrol Jernigan of Fairhope; two sons, Craig Jernigan of Fairhope, Ray Jernigan of Atlanta; two daughters, Debra Weaver and Sheila Holcomb, both of Fairhope; three brothers, Harold Jernigan of Gainesville, Ga., Winston Jernigan of Foley, Rayford Jernigan of Fairhope; four sisters, Mamie Bryant of New Albany, Miss., Estelle Mons of Fairhope, Louise Ames, Mary Williams both of Roberstdale; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 19 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 20 from the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
