Jerry E. Smith, 68, passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2013 in Bay Minette.
Mr. Smith was a native of Goodway, Ala., lived in Little River and has resided in Bay Minette for the past three months.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Olen and Ruth Smith; a brother, Wayne Smith; a sister, Paula Adams; and one granddaughter, Sarah Smith.
He is survived by a son, Darren Smith of Daphne; a daughter, Charity (Matt) Maestas of Bay Minette; four brothers, Olen Smith Jr. of Crestview, Fla., Julius Smith of Greenriver, Wyo., Ogden Smith of Clinton, Utah and Roger Smith of Monticello, Utah; two sisters, Janis Allison of Washington, Utah and Pam Cook of Washington, Utah; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be held Sunday, May 26, 2013, at 2 p.m., at Johnson Cemetery, with President Greg Albritton officiating.
