Jimmy Dale Mothershed, 68, a native and resident of the Phillipsville community of Bay Minette, died Sunday, Jan. 18, 2015 at Oakwood Nursing Home.
He was a retired customer service representative for Touch One Communication. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
He was a member of Perdido Baptist Church.
He is survived by two brothers, Lindsay Mothershed of Wetumpkaand Steve Mothershed of Selma; a sister, Patsy Mothershed Lombardi of Fairhope; five nieces and a nephew.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Johnny and Beatrice Langley Mothershed.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015, at 7 p.m., at Norris Funeral Home in Bay Minette, with the Rev. Robert Klotz officiating.
Private burial will be at Perdido Baptist Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015, from 5 until 7 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.
