John Edward Bromley Jr., age 72, native of Mobile and resident of Mullet Point passed away Monday, Oct. 1, 2012.
John was a U.S. Air Force veteran and a retired federal civil servant from Keesler Air Force base. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Edward Bromley Sr., and Marion Reimer Bromley; sister, Carol Bromley Ellis, and beloved aunt, Edwina C. Bromley. He is survived by a son, Richard Steven Bromley; a daughter, Mia Cowart; niece, Elizabeth L. Hooks; nephews, Joseph C. Rosa and Christopher M. Rosa; brother-in-law, William K. Ellis; uncle, Francis Reimer; longtime companion, Kathryn Miller; other relatives and friends. A graveside service will be held Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012 at 2 p.m. at the Catholic Cemetery in Mobile.
