Jonathan Anthony Smith Sr., 32, a native of Atmore and a resident of Perdido, died Sunday, Nov. 21, 2010.
He was a cook at the Waffle House in Bay Minette.
Survivors include his wife, Brandy Taylor Smith of Perdido; four children, Elizabeth Moorer of Bay Minette, Sierra Smith, Jonathan Anthony “AJ” Smith and Brandon Smith, all of Perdido; his mother, Barbara “Bobbie” Smith of Perdido; his father, Keith Stewart of Redbud, Ill.; two brothers, Ronald Smith of Long Beach Miss., and Joseph Phillip Smith of Perdido; and one sister, Theresa Smith of Bay Minette.
Visitation begins at noon Saturday, Nov. 27 at Norris Funeral Home with a memorial service at 1 p.m. from the funeral home chapel.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Jonathan Anthony Smith Fund, c/o Regions Bank.
